We are Essex based builders with over 40 years experience in the constuction industry we are time served carpenters. All the staircases for the loft conversions are made by ourselves to suit each individual job. We never sub contract the work. In our team we have gas sate registered plumbers, part p qualified electricians, first class plasterers and ceramic tilers.
To keep the cost of your loft conversion down, you may be interested in doing part of the work yourself or using a family member or friend to do it for you. This could be an electrician, plumber or plasterer. You could perhaps do the insulation, lay the floor, fix the plasterboard or any other work you think you could handle. We would give you instructions on how best to tackle the work and would help you if you got into difficulty.
We have constructed loft conversions in most areas of essex.
